About us

With significant experience in civil engineering highway and infrastructure design and supervision, Highways Development Limited was formed in 2017 through the amalgamation of two existing successful consultant engineering companies. Our directors and engineers have extensive experience within the housing development industry, including all aspects of design, supervision and project management.
 

Highways Development Limited work closely with local authorities, housing developers, engineering consultancies and other associations to deliver schemes.
